DESERT EXTRUSION TRIMMERLINES

Desert Extrusion, a division of Rotary Corporation, has been manufacturing world-class trimmer line since its founding in 1990 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Desert Extrusion was acquired by Rotary in 2017 and produces a wide range of high-quality trimmer lines in various sizes and shapes, including round, diamond and our best-selling twisted Vortex line. Since September 2023, our Desert Extrusion trimmer lines have also been manufactured at our german head quarters in Hornbach, Rhineland-Palatinate. This major step enables us to serve our European customers even more efficiently and quickly.

Through years of research and development, our product engineers have developed proprietary nylon raw materials that are simply better than the competition. By utilizing advanced extrusion technology, we have set industry standards for durability, performance and unsurpassed quality.

DURAMATIC LAWN MOWER BLADES

Founded in 1950, Duramatic Products produces millions of blades each year with a tradition of excellence and customer service that is second to none. With our commitment to quality over the years, we have earned an international reputation for experience and excellence that we are very proud of.

Duramatic produces the world's finest lawn mower and edger blades in our state-of-the-art 17,000 square foot manufacturing facilities in Glennville and Reidsville, Georgia. Our reputation for quality products, competitive pricing and guaranteed customer satisfaction extends throughout the United States. In addition, Duramatic is ISO 9001 certified, putting each blade through a standardized process to ensure all parts are within tolerance of specifications.

ROTARY EVOLUTION

At the end of 2020, we launched our new Rotary Evolution program. Our diverse range of Rotary Evolution products, such as filters, carburetors or, above all, our wide range of aramid cord timing belts or AA belts, enables us to identify and serve European needs even faster and qualitatively equivalent.

The wide variety of products has enabled us to build up a large program over the years, which is highly appreciated by our customers. In addition, we are constantly working on adding new and innovative items to our range to meet our customers' wishes and needs.

ROTARY FILTRATION

Rotary Filtration manufactures all types of pleated air filters with metal, plastisol or polyurethane end caps.

We supply many different industries with versatile products such as cabin and radial filters for automobiles, specialty filters for locomotive air brake systems and a wide range of pleated and foam filters for outdoor power equipment. Our Rotary air filters are sold in all 50 states and 75 countries worldwide. Our premium filters are designed for performance, reliability and optimal protection from dirt, dust and other particulates that can damage internal engine components.

Rotary Filtration utilizes a quality control system that encompasses every phase of the manufacturing process, from incoming material to in-line production to outgoing inspection. Rotary filters are guaranteed to exceed all OEM standards for operation with high quality measures that ensure proper fit, form and function.
